Efficient friendly spa reception, timetable explained well. Great massages (started late and finished early though.. so 40 mins instead of 50!) We had a package that included dinner. Although staff friendly in the restaurant a few errors occurred (including incorrect bill) .

My daughter and I went for a little post exam results pampering and had a wonderful day at the spa. Staff are courteous and kind and we both had a wonderful day. Would love to go back .
