Jade was excellent. I came in to have a bad haircut fixed and she was so reassuring, talked me through my options and made feel so comfortable. I was so happy with the cut and walked out with the biggest smile. Booked back in to see her in 8 weeks- I’ll never let anyone else touch my hair now!
