I have been coming to the Salon for about 2 years now. This is the first time however that l have had my hair coloured. As always, Brooke and the team were extremely friendly and professional. I decided whilst silver grey is such a fashion colour, l would embrace my grey. This was going to be a massive undertaking, as l have been colouring my hair a dark chocolate brown for many years. Prior to attending my appointment, Brooke Carried out a strand test to ensure that my hair could stand up to the pre lightening and bleaching. This appointment is stage 1 of achieving my desired colour, l knew it was going to take more than 1 trip, and need to return in about 4 to 6 weeks. As always, Brooke talked me through each step, giving reassurance. I have been left with a colour that is good and will see me through the next month or so, however, my hair is very dry. It is going to need a lot of TLC before my next appointment. Brooke has made sure however that l have been armed with the right information and products to get it back to a good condition. As always, top service provided and left feeling good. Thank you.
