As always I had the best experience at Brooke - first I had HD Brows with Alisha, she really took her time and is just so professional, then I had gel nails with Chrystal. I was really impressed with her even though she's still learning, my gels came out perfectly and she listened to what I wanted - they were short and square exactly like I asked for. She also kept checking that the length was ok and took them a little shorter for me, great customer service skills.

Rosie is by far one of the best hairdressers I've ever been too, she makes you feel so at ease, and my hair has never looked so good! lovely salon and super professional and friendly!
