This was my first time here. My treatments were done professionally. The lady who did my waxing was lovely - sorry i didn't get your name. The salon was clean and a hive of activity. My only complaint is when i got there i ended up just sitting down as although staff were working around me, nobody greeted me or asked if i had an appointment.
