Amy instantly makes you feel welcome and at ease. She took the time to fully understand what I wanted and made suggestions as to what would look good. She talked through the cut and gave tips on how to style my hair in the future which was really nice. One of the best haircuts I've ever had

Appointment today was with the nurse to prescribe Botox, she was friendly & thorough throughout the appointment, asked lots of questions and advised me of all possible side affects.
