Customer service and the team are amazing. I love this place. I believe the issue I had came up as the salon didn't have the correct booking details for my treatment - my booking didn't match their books therefore this delayed the team. This may be a Treatwell problem in pulling the information across. My stylist and the team however managed this amazingly well and finished my treatments despite the stylist running into her lunchtime.
