It felt rushed and bad customer service.
Had ro pay in cash rushed around trying to find cash as all cash machines in tooting broken.
Then came back and card machine was working spontaneously again.
My hair looks awful and bushy and not chopped well for my hair cut.
I got flicked in face with my own hair too.
Also didn't get the 10% discount as even though I booked same day, I had booked online which apparently voided the discount.
0 good faith, 0 customer service.
Wasn't worth £60.
