Not happy with the mani and pedi I got.3 nails chipped after 4 days and cuticle work average.I explicitly booked with Virginie but someone else did my nails instead.I messaged the salon a couple of times to give feedback privately but no response.

The beautician was friendly and talkative which provided a vibe but the overall procedure was not the best, I had to explain certain processes which are standard with a good manicure for example cuticle care. The finish could have been better.
