I was really unhappy with the overall experience. The therapist was on the phone for most of my appointment which I found quite rude.
The morning after my appointment I tried to contact the salon to advise that a few lashes had fallen off and were missing from the outside corner of my eye but I was ignored and nobody got back to me.
2 weeks later I went to get my lashes professionally removed at another salon and my natural lash is extremely damaged and patchy. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
