Jing was lovely and very neat in her gel manicure - however the whole experience was a bit poor. Arrived for my manicure on time and the nail bar front door was locked and manicurist arrived at same time and couldn’t gain entry - so both stood outside for a while . Gel manicure with biab strengthened took over 2 hours! I wasn’t offered a drink throughout the whole process . The nail art took x 4 attempts by the manicurist and was just a few basic flowers . nail chipped the next day. Enough said
