Sally was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and really worked on the areas I was suffering, telling me what she was doing and why I was getting the pain. She was also able to give me advice and exercise examples to help stretch out the muscles that are causing me pain.
Tricky location to find, but great once you are inside.
I would definitely go back again if we lived in the area.
Lucy was really welcoming and helped me find the venue when I got a bit lost! The sports massage helped relieve the immediate pain and hoping to book more sessions to resolve the issue.
