My facial was great felt very welcomed, but could of put a head band when doing the facial. I asked for a head band which she didn't have, instead adding a towel. Another thing to add is when you're applying products on the face, to let me know what each product is for my knowledge. These are just some opinions would definitely come back when I'm back in the area.
