The staff - some confusion about our bookings aside - were lovely, genuinely friendly and kind. The decor is really cute and modern. The facial was super relaxing, has left my skin in great condition, and the therapist gave great recommendations about looking after my skin. It was also good value. The pedicure was in an uncomfortable standard armchair with my feet up on the therapist's knees - not ideal. And the finish I have been left with is kind of bobbled rather than smooth and glossy.
