Elena was lovely - she talked me through the LVL treatment as it was my first time and made sure I didn't have any discomfort each step of the way. I was also a bit late on arrival and risked not having time for my second treatment but she managed to squeeze that in whilst the serums were in pose on my lashes. Results are great - very happy!
