This treatment wa described as a manicure with shape and polish with French polish. When I arrived I was told that I had only booked a shape and French polish and that the manicure was not included. I was very disappointed that the manicure was not included but I had made the appointment as a birthday treat to myself and decided not to get a refund. The staff member said this was not the first time it had happened so clearly the treatwell description is inaccurate and should be changed.

Elena did a great job and is ever so sweet. I am a regular customer and the girls always do a good job of waxing and nails. It is quite expensive but very convenient.

I come to this salon regularly for waxing but was a bit disappointed with the treatment - it felt rushed, was more painful and I still had hairs left
