The staff are friendly and welcoming, the space is cozy. In regards to the manicure, Rosa was on the heavy handed sided and sadly ended up cutting the cuticle on one of my fingers. Though my hands looked good on the day, the next day I started getting hangnails which appeared on 8 fingers, reflecting the cuticle trimming was performed incorrectly.
