The manicurist was distracted (going off to take a zoom call in the middle of the manicure), the paraffin wax was way too hot and my manicure (which was a luxury one) was chipped by the next morning despite being extremely careful with the nails drying. Overall could have saved £35 and done it at home. The salon is nice looking though that's really all I can say.
