Rude and poor facial technique.
I had a good manicure here before so decided to try the facial. Huge mistake. I was hoping for a relaxing end to my day after work but left with total opposite. I was greeted by a rude staff with so much attitude. It was one of the hottest days in London and the treatment room had non functioning A/C. The staff shouted at me for raising issues about the room temp and showed zero respect for customer. Her technique was so rough, my nose was bruised for days.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment for a back, neck, and shoulders massage due to a last-minute cancellation. Brigita was lovely, and the massage really helped. Glad I discovered this salon, I’ll be back!
