The final result was ok, although you can see some of my old nail varnish through the acrylic even though I asked for it to be removed. The main criticisms I have is that no staff member made me feel welcome at all, and I now have sore fingers as I was cut 3 times by his electric file. I felt like I was interrupting something by being there and there was only an apology after my 3rd time of saying 'ouch'.
