I booked online where the listed price for medium hair was £45. Upon arrival, I was told it would cost £60 because my hair was “long and thick.” the website had no mention that thicker hair would cost more. When I raised this, the staff shifted blame to the manager for not updating the online pricing. What made the experience worse was the attitude of one staff (a woman with curly hair) she said: “If you don’t want to do it then don’t if she’s not happy with the price”. Very Unprofessional.

Was the second time there, first time amazing, i'vr been follow by Rima and everything was perfect. This time terrible, no attection for the client, just 2 doing everything so that's why they was in rush but you want to spend a good time to hairdresser spending money and the tratament is super s***. I wanted my color such is like brown and i'm like black. I'm super upset onestly!
