The haircut itself was good but I wanted to feel relaxed and enjoy my experience. Instead my hairdresser left me 3 times to help other clients/staff which left me time to take in the dirty badly painted decor I was sat around. I really think if you improved the painting and gave the salon a good floor it would help give the ambience a boost!
