The staff was very welcoming and have been offered a drink straight away upon arrival. I had my manicure first which was lovely and neat and the waxing was excellent as well.

The hairdresser was late and the blowdry took ages. It was not exactly what I asked for but it was ok anyway. Hairdresser was annoyed with his colleagues and was not hiding it. He pulled on my hair so much it gave me headache.
