I thought the lady was lovely and very enthusiastic but the service was not luxurious at all. The room was very small and cold and she played (gentle) music quite loudly and her phone kept ringing during the appointment. I was really surprised that she finished with a face scrub and didn't send with moisturizer, serum, eye cream etc. I left the room with bits of paper stuck to my face. The equipment she used ( sponges etc) were not luxurious at all.

Lovely friendly staff, they work till late which is great for fitting in a manicure after work. Quick and efficient but done to a great standard. Great colour advice given! Love the nails, beautiful shape and amazing value. Hoping they will last for a couple of weeks but for £15 I know I will be back.

I’ve been for a wax with Giusy a few times now and she’s really great - it’s all over and done with in no time! The only downside is the size of the treatment room which is a little bit cramped.
