I had a very bad experience. The therapist was not that good and finished the Massage 15 min earlier than expected.

I was really disappointed with this visit to Bright White Room. The brilliant waxer who I've always had has left and the lady I had this visit was very rude, patronising and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. So much so that I won't be going again. The rest of the staff there seem lovely and welcoming, so I'd advise other treatments but the wax was painful, stressful and not as thorough as it has been with the previous beautician.
