The service was great. The staff friendly and really welcoming. I wanted to go for a quite a drastic change (from long hair half way down my back to short hair in a bob style) my hairdresser was great, knew exactly what I wanted but was also great in explaining what she would need to do differently in order to make the cut work with my hair (which is quite thin.) It looks brilliant. I am super happy

Nice relaxing massage, although didn’t do much to relieve my muscle pain (but perhaps needed to book a longer one)

The room was a little bit warm down stairs and had no ventilation. The girl who did my wax was very good and thorough. It did take a little while because she was very chatty but the results were good. At times she was very touchy which could feel a bit uncomfortable if that is not what you are used too. Very good value for money and good end results.
