Booked the day before, booking accepted, changed plans, got childcare, travelled and paid for parking. I found the place and rang when outside just to confirm. Its a good job I did as Paula answered and told me she hadn't checked my booking time (despite it being advertised and available to book) and had arranged to travel to York. Really unprofessional and annoying.

Great MicroDermabrasion and included a massage too which was very relaxing addition. Nice spa smell in the room/with relaxing music. Very thorough and much better than previous types of MicroDerm I have had at other places. I think she used a good brand for this. I will be booking again
