Sarah was really professional but also welcoming and friendly, apart from a lovely relaxing treatment included was hand arm and shoulder massage . My hair and scalp after the Japanese spa felt clean and was so shiny, will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Greeted with a friendly welcome and straight through to the treatment room.
Iveta fully explained what was going to be involved and left me to get ready. The treatment was fabulous, very relaxing and I loved the warm water flowing through my hair as well as the smell of the product. I will definitely treat myself to another one in the future.
