My overall experience was good. A lovely salon and amazing staff however I was a little let down with the headspa itself. I found the water to be warm and sometimes even cold even though I did ask to turn water hotter. I also only had 1 shampoo normally it’s 2. I did get a wonderful neck/back and arm massage though and did appreciate the rough dry a so know a lot of places do not offer that. I would rate overall experience 3/5.

My daughter wanted a tan spray and it was her first time so was naturally nervous but the staff put her at ease and explained what happens and recommended medium colour and offered an offer to come again which was great on mums purse. I couldn’t fault on anything attention to detail was exceptional.
