Natasha has just qualified so she’s a little bit slow, but it’s ok as she’s a perfectionist! These are some of the best lashes I’ve had. She’s absolutely lovely and very good at her job. Make the time, she’s worth it. She will be my regular lash therapist from now on.

Lou was nice and friendly and listened to my preferences. It was the first time I’ve had a lamination and a tint so when they were first done I thought they looked too dark but that was only due to the products being fresh on my brows. After a few days they look a lot more natural and now I love them. They look thicker and frame my face nicely. Lou tidied them up with wax nicely as I said I didn’t want to take too much hair out. All round great thank u :)

My appointment was 30 minutes late as walk ins were put in before me, when I had booked 1 week ahead.
While I was in there, I was left for what seemed like a long time, while my lash tech went to deal with a customer as the other member of staff was busy with something.
Apart from that my lash tech was very apologetic and very chatty, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
