My massage was very well undertaken and I was advised what was happening and why. I booked in for a head and neck massage but my back was so tight from my glutes upwards they needed to loosen me up to be able to work on my neck.
I will definitely be going back as they were skilled and knowledgable as well as caring and took time to understand me and why I get so tight and inflexible in my back, neck and shoulders.
Highly recommend!
