Antonis has a very relaxing and professional home studio. The massage was excellent and has really helped my shoulder. I recommend!

I have worked in the building industry for 50+ years and so there is a lot of damage from that. I felt Antonis got to root of some deep neck pain, i realize more than one session will be needed but first impression is great and i wasn't feeling sore the next day which was a bonus.

Fabulous Thai massage. Have been looking for a new therapist for Thai massage and arrived a Breatgethrough.yoga. Everything was clean and professional. I have several joint and muscle problems and this is a fantastic massage for them . I finished feeling far more flexible, my posture greatly improved and a general feeling of well-being. I can assure you I will be returning.

I am so happy to have had a treatment with Antonis. He was immediately very welcoming and took time to find out what I needed. I really appreciate how he adapted the treatment to my needs and was clearly very experienced. I arrived in quite a lot of pain and left with no pain so in this, and lots of ways, he exceeded my expectations. Thank you Antonis! I will be back.
