Cut was not the best but ok. In the end, without asking, applied a hand full of oil in the hair. If I'm supposed to leave with sticky oily hair I'd rather not pay for washing and styling it. I had to wash at home again. It's not worth spending 50 pounds here.

Disappointing experience! Booked an appointment, arrived even 25min earlier to be then told (after me waiting for 25min!!!) she can‘t do my eyebrows because she had someone else‘s appointment.. They didn‘t know how to compensate me and I got it cash (I don‘t even use cash). So overall, I wasted over 1 hour for nothing. Thank you!

Noone turned up to my appointment i waited outside the salon in th rain for 1hour. They promised to reschedulefor the next day but did not get back to me and not returning my calls
