The salon is lively and busy. Everyone is having something different done - it's not one of those places with a row of women getting the same haircut. You get treated like an individual. Most staff & customers speak Spanish or Portuguese so it's a great place if one of those is your first language. Several staff don't speak English so you might want to take a picture in with you. Also, I had to point out that I had already paid via this app - they originally tried to charge me the full amount. But stand your ground and you'll be fine.
Tip: walk through the money exchange place to get in, and go up the stairs. Don't walk around the block looking for the door like I did.

I booked the wrong day, however they tried to squeeze me in for an hour later unfortunately I had already made my way out! Will rebook receptionist was lovely.
