Their sense of hygiene is horrendous. Spills and hair all over the floor, empty drink cans/coffee cups on the floor and next to the brushes. I accidentally knocked over some drink on the floor when I was getting off the waiting sofa on which there was a kid sleeping. They don't clean the brushes which are full of hair. The sink where they washed my hair was also dirty. The staff was nice and my haircut was fine too, but overall I am disappointed with their ignorance when it comes to hygiene.
