The beauty salon and staff were lovely however I don't think the lash lift made much difference to my lashes. It left the corner of my lashes in a weird positition. Was not worth the money or time.

The treatment room was very warm, cozy and tasteful. Despite the fact that the therapist didn't speak much English, she did a good job. The Hollywood wax was thorough and quick.
