I was a bit disappointed with my experience. The facial itself was okay, but throughout the appointment Michelle seemed far more focused on selling the salon’s skin care products than on the treatment. There was constant pressure to buy, and she repeatedly claimed that no other skincare products on the market were as good as theirs. It made the whole experience feel more like a sales pitch than a relaxing facial.
