So so pleased, I'm used to extremely painful waxing and I'm so glad I tried the hot wax treatment which was virtually pain free. Rosimeri was lovely and made me feel super comfortable (a real difference from my last beautician who wouldn't even talk to me!). I will be coming here for all treatments from now on!
