Unfortunately I won't be going back again, despite a good treatment from one of the girls in the salon. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to come back the next day due to unforeseen circumstances - which can happen and I totally understand.However the next day the owner called to say that she wasn't sure what time my appointment was, then she called again to confirm another appointment 5 minutes later but she realised she had called the wrong number and then she went onto say that she was going to give me a free treatment for the inconvenience she had caused the day after - which hasn't materialised. Customer service is king - especially in the beauty industry which is hard to compete in these days!

A little disappointed with this visit (my third) as Rose was rushed on her feet which she admitted was due to the high number of customers. I've also tried to book another appointment since but never heard back despite calling and texting, so I'm now going to a different salon for peace of mind.
