My girlfriend has been a customer for a long time. She went for a hollywood wax recently, she said the wax she had was so painful, and the skin was beyond irritated. She spoke to the manager, who was very rude and unhelpful when she told her that beautician left excess wax on her and that her skin was really inflamed. She refused to give a refund or offer any free treatments. Her skin is so irritated and sore that I had to take her to the doctor's and she has been treated for a bad skin infection. I would recommend not getting you waxing done at this salon.

Good Keratin treatment - left hair feeling soft afterwards and not coated and weighed down which previous treatments have at other places.

The hair salon itself is lovely and the staff are pleasant however I won't rush back. My cut ended up being about 2 inches shorter than I asked and my fringe was cut too short in which I was told that in a week it would be fine. This is true, hair will grow back but I expect to leave the hair salon with perfect hair. I was also hit in the head numerous times during the blow dry which wasn't very pleasant. My hair looks pretty good but due to the aforementioned I don't think I will go back.
