The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Cinthia was great and the wax was quick and painless. It was definitely the best wax I've had in London and I will definitely continue to use Brazilian Look.

Not the best cut in the world if I'm being honest. I have thin hair and it was quite difficult to explain the situation and what I was hoping to do with my hair to my hairdresser as she was being translated to. Also there was no advice on how best to look after it.

Cinthia is amazing - the whole waxing was quick and painless. She is excellent at being friendly, polite and funny while remaining professional when doing an intimate wax. Quality of work is great and I am definitely going back.
