My appointment date was changed twice due to overbooking by Treatwell. I don't mind it as I can be very flexible with availability though if you can't, make sure that check before booking. My experience overall was good, the waxing hasn't been rushed, the lady seemed very thorough checking for any remaining hair. I would probably book again.
