My appointment was at 9am for a waxing. I had to wait 20 minutes because the wax was not hot. I was disappointed when I saw that she was going to use a roller wax (they are painful! Especially if the wax is not hot enough. Also is for the lazy people) She start the treatment and obviously the wax was not enough. Then she proceeded to put the wax on to the strip, instead of my legs. The result was awful! My hair was not pulled but broken which means that 3 days later I can already see hair growing back. If a wax is done properly you should have your legs smooths for at least 8-10 days.

They looked like question marks when I walked in and I had to explain that I had an appointment and that I came in earlier on their request. The rest of the time as I sat getting my hair cut, it felt awkward, but the hair dressers were so sweet that I soon felt more comfortable being there. Lovely place. Recommend!
