The workspace and kit was really dirty with dust and stains everywhere. None of the bottles or kit looked like they had been cleaned in a while.

I have been going to Alex for haircuts over the last few years and always find her to be so helpful and talented. She takes time to understand what you want and always does a great job. She is also a lovely person!
