Lovely group of staff and assistants, my first visit and they were keen to make sure I was comfortable and happy at every stage. I can be very nervous in salons (any very noisy or busy environment) but they were both reassuring and accommodating - offering a seat in a more quiet area downstairs if needed. Didn’t need to move in the end, it helped just knowing they were understanding! Very talented stylists, very pleased with the cut, will be sure to return again when I need a trim.
