I asked for something simple that would look good straight, but instead a large, disconnected chunk was cut at the front that doesn’t blend with the rest of my hair and almost looks like a bob. I had to go to another salon to try and fix it, but they said there was very little that could be done other than wait months for it to grow out. I’ve been wearing my hair pinned back ever since. Unfortunately, a very distressing experience.

Overall great experience, hairdresser made suggestions on what she thinks would be really good for my hair and it turned out beautifully. The only thing I would say is that she was quite rough in the pulling and styling of my hair which meant it wasn't the most relaxing experience.
