The wrong person did my hair & I thought I may have accidentally not booked with my usual person, Gill, however this wasn't the case. The person just did not check my name when I came in & thought I was their client. Very rushed & my trim is uneven.

I booked in for 9:00 the stylist was 35 mins late. Then later when I was at the salon I seen they changed my appointment at 9:48 to 9:30. This was very unprofessional. The stylist never apologised or anything. I will not be recommending. Very unhappy.
