Jo understood the assignment! My beautiful balayage previously done by the lovely Gill needed to be topped up due to it being outgrown. This was my first time having Jo do my hair and she nailed it! It blends in beautifully with my previous balayage, and it's the exact shade of blonde I like. Jo was quick and efficient, yet took her time. Very friendly service and great chat. I love it so much!! I can't stop looking at it. Would definitely recommend.
