Really good formaldehyde-free Brazilian blow dry. The hairdresser was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was very informal, which I like.

What a horrendous experience! The staff is rude, they leave you to wait while they serve other customers. The dye product ended up on my face, the water was splashing all over, including again my face. The staff talks to each other in their language non stop, which really is just rude. The master who was doing my hair left me with my hair in the basin (obviously very uncomfortable position) and went to serve another customer. Then another master came over to me and started washing my hair without saying a word to me. I am just confused what kind of a salon it is and why other people gave it good reviews.

Treatment worked really well. I have shoulder length highlighted hair which is naturally very curly and very dry but it’s now sleek and straight even when I leave it to air dry. Very happy.
