My experience was amazing! I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in by both the receptionist and my hairdresser Talia. The whole process was comfortable and Talia made sure I was happy throughout. The blowout is and looks AMAZING I have received so many compliments I can not thank her enough. I will be returning.

To be honest I'm disappointed with the treatment. The venue is great and very clean, but I think the baeutician was maybe having a bad day, it seemed like she wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. The wax was extremely hot and she kept applying it quickly. I paid for full legs plus Brazilian I did not expect to have full hairy areas between my backside and thighs, plus hairs left on the front and back of the bottom half leg. Had to wax again as soon as I got home mainly on the back which is the hardest to do and the very reason why I got a paid service. I will not be using this venue again.
